How about today?

Still hot. Waiting for tomorrow when it's supposed to a high in the 70s. Woot!

Tonight I'm going to watch a series premiere on Discovery Channel, Manhunt: Unabomber.

"Manifesto":
In the series premiere, FBI profiler Jim "Fitz" Fitzgerald joins the Unabomb Task Force in 1995; the FBI gets a letter from the Unabomber threatening to blow up a jetliner, and Fitz must determine if the threat is real.
Even though it's on Discovery, this is a fictionalized account of it with some major stars in it. We'll see how it goes. And it will be amusing to see how they show Montana. Usually, it's way off.

An author I like has released a short today, Ashley Weaver, INTRIGUE IN CAPRI.

Surely mysteries and the Mediterranean must be incompatible. The setting was so idyllic, so tranquil and perfect, that it was hard to imagine anything remotely alarming could happen here . . .
On holiday in Capri, Amory and Milo Ames have expected to trade intrigue for a romantic month of blue seas and sunshine. Things take a strange turn, however, when Amory comes into contact with a mysterious woman and begins to suspect she is the missing opera star whose sudden disappearance has been the talk of Europe.Before long, Amory and Milo find their peaceful holiday disrupted by the rumor of purloined pearls, a clandestine relationship, and a sinister stranger lurking in the shadows. It soon becomes apparent that wherever Amory and Milo go, mystery is not far behind.
Published 2017, 54 pages. The title reminds of some lovely gothics by M. M. Kaye. DEATH IN ZANZIBAR, DEATH IN KASHMIR, etc.

Just gets the blood zinging. Damn, may have to re-read those, too.

Have a good day. Off you go.

Much love,
PK the Bookeemonster
